Vidaamuyarchi is a Tamil action thriller set in Baku, Azerbaijan, focusing on Arjun (Ajith Kumar) and Kayal (Trisha), a couple whose 12-year marriage is strained following a miscarriage. Deciding to divorce, they embark on a final road trip to Kayal’s parental home in Tbilisi.

After their car breaks down, Kayal accepts a ride from Rakshith and Deepika but subsequently disappears. Arjun’s desperate search uncovers a human trafficking ring targeting couples, leading to intense confrontations as he strives to rescue Kayal.
